African banana extract product with no instructions and no real website

I bought something called African banana extract that was supposed to help with weight loss for African American women. When the package came there was nothing in it about the product or how to take it. I went to the website and it was just a few words, no description of the product, no testimonials, nothing.

I contacted the company for a refund and they offered me partial payment back if I kept the product. I said no and asked for a full refund.

I am going to reach out to my bank about this because I feel like this company is a scam. Someone else had this same issue a whole year ago and never got their refund either.
