Ordered vitamins for sick mother and never got them

I ordered vitamins for my mother who is seriously ill, this was about 4 months ago. The whole order process was unclear from the start. I tried contacting them many times, but nobody ever got back to me.

I paid $185 and I still have not received the vitamins. I just want my money back at this point. Their website is healthybeings.com and they are located in Bellevue, WA. I have called and emailed [email protected] but no reply.
