Website says 30 day returns but item has to go to Italy

I ordered from helenabloom.com and what showed up was way lower quality than what was described on the site. Not even close to what I thought I was getting.

Then I looked into returning it. They say there's a 30 day return policy but it's buried somewhere that the return place is in Italy. So I have to pay to ship it back there myself. And the refund only happens after they inspect it. You can't track anything once it goes through international customs, so the package just ends up "lost" and you never get your money back.

Feels like the return policy is set up so you just give up. I'm not sending anything to Italy on my own dime just to have it disappear.

cheap garbage

Ordered a $150 dress, they offered a $50 discount which I thought was great, but apparently that was for a 2nd dress. So I'm $250 in the hole now. I emailed them within a minute of ordering, but haven't been able to return them dispite the "30 day return policy". Both dressed showed up a few days ago and don't fit and are horrible quality. The support email has actually responded but they keep ignoring me when I say I want to return the 2nd item and instead just offer me 10% and 20% to keep the dress. This is clearly a scam site selling knockoffs and I suspect the website won't exist in another month or two once they clear their inventory. They're probably trying to drag it out past the 30 day window if anything. They have one more day to refund me before I dispute the credit card charge and tell them they are welcome to send a return label if they want their junk back.

Fake clothing from Helenabloom.com and no way to get help

I ordered from Helenabloom.com and got scammed out of $500. The clothes are completely fake, not what they showed on the website at all. I tried emailing [email protected] but nobody ever wrote me back.

The website is still up and running. I called the number listed, (425) 476-5466, and no one answers. It just rings and rings. I don't know what else to do. I just want my money back but I can't even get ahold of anyone to complain to.

Dress advertised as hemp turned out to be cheap polyester

I ordered a dress from Helenabloom.com because it was advertised as being 100% Hemp. The picture showed a beautiful, flowy dress. What I got in the mail was this cheap, ugly polyester thing. It looked nothing like the photo.

I paid $129.99 for this. It's just a knockoff. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I haven't gotten any reply. I feel like I was totally ripped off. This isn't what I ordered at all.
