Dress advertised as hemp turned out to be cheap polyester

I ordered a dress from Helenabloom.com because it was advertised as being 100% Hemp. The picture showed a beautiful, flowy dress. What I got in the mail was this cheap, ugly polyester thing. It looked nothing like the photo.

I paid $129.99 for this. It's just a knockoff. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I haven't gotten any reply. I feel like I was totally ripped off. This isn't what I ordered at all.
