Bad Web-site

I ordered the boneless sofa twice and never received them. I checked this morning and they tried to collect another payment. My order was confirmed and I have a confirmation number but no product #209025671. I have called sent an email and still nothing. At this point the company needs to address this issue. The addresses and phone numbers do not match and lead to nowhere. Frustrated consumer and I am sure there are plenty of us.

Still waiting for my couch over one month

I purchase one of your couches on April 9th and it was supposed to be delivered within a week and it's been over a month I live on SSI and I need the couch desperately cuz I don't have very much furniture in my apartment. I purchased on the 9th of April and it's now the 30th I've been trying to get ahold of you on your phone number provided on my account from my purchase and nobody is answering it I've left messages upon message and nobody has bothered to answer my phone messages that I've left three of them now. My name is Cynthia Sayer and I've left messages for your people to answer why I have not received my couch. I paid $25.97 for this couch including shipping and I live in Grand Rapids Michigan and I don't know why nobody has bothered to deliver my couch to me. I'm 70 years old and I need this couch very badly cuz I don't have very much furniture and what I have is very uncomfortable to me to sit on. Paid for a couch I never got, now they keep trying to take $350

I bought a couch from helpusukceedllc.com and I never received it. The money came out of my account for it. Now they keep trying to take another $350 out. I got a text about it. Their phone number is 1(838) 206-6309 and the email is [email protected]. The address they use is 19420 Amethyst Dr. in Hagerstown. It just doesn't make any sense, I already paid.
