Email about a package with mandatory insurance payment

I got an email from Henex Logistic Solution Pro saying they received my package and I had to email back to approve the shipment. Then they sent another email about an insurance policy they require and said it was mandatory for shipping. They told me I can't opt out of the $130 and I would get a 95% refund once I got my package. They wanted the insurance payment through Venmo between friends.

Then they called my cell phone when I didn't send the payment. It was a California number and some unprofessional guy named Morgan Stanley was on the phone asking for the payment again.
