Ordered coins and they never shipped anything to me

I ordered coins from heritagecoinhouse.com and paid $245.78. They made a USPS shipping label but the package never moved. It's been sitting there. I contacted their customer service through email a bunch of times at [email protected].

They keep saying stuff but nothing ever ships. I don't think they ever had the coins. Their address is 30 W 47th St. Store 1, New York, NY. I just want my money back. This is clearly a scam.
