Ordered pliers set but only got one small tool

I bought Automotive Electrical Disconnect Pliers from their site Hervns.com. It was advertised as a 5 piece kit. I paid 25.98 dollars for it.

When the package came I opened it up and there was just the smallest tool in the kit. No pliers or anything else. Just that one little piece. I emailed them at [email protected] and basically they said too bad. No apology, no we'll make it right, nothing.

I have a screen shot of what I paid for and what they showed on the ad. It clearly shows the whole 5 piece set. What I got was just the second tool in line. Not even close to what I ordered.

Ordered a wreath that never showed up and they keep saying delivered

I ordered a patriotic wreath from Hervns.com. It said the company was in the USA so I thought it would be fine. I paid $40.88 for it.

They gave me a tracking number that just seemed weird, I couldn't track it anywhere. I emailed them a bunch of times at [email protected] asking where my package was. They just kept saying be patient and good luck. Then after looking into it more I realized it was coming from China. Every time I write them they say it was delivered and to check with my post office. My post office has no record of it.

I asked for my money back and they just say the same thing over and over. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered three polo shirts from Pinterest ad and got junk from China

I ordered 3 men’s polo shirts from Hervns because I saw an ad on Pinterest. The ad made it look like they were a US company and the shirts were supposed to be well fitting and well made. I spent $69.

What I got in the mail was three garbage shirts. They were Asian sized and totally unwearable. It was obviously from some fake Chinese company, not Hervns. I tried to look up the website again and it’s just a scam. No way to get my money back.

Ordered a shirt but got the wrong size and no help

I ordered a shirt from this company and it never got delivered. Then they sent the wrong size anyway. When I tried to deal with it they said I had to pay double to send it back and they wouldn’t even exchange it for the right one. Their website is Hervns.com and email is [email protected]. I lost about 15 dollars on this. Just feels like a total waste.
