Crypto withdrawal changed a digit and froze my account
I copied and pasted the address into the HF site to do the withdrawal. It looked fine when I submitted it. But then I looked at the withdrawal report and the first digit on the address was different. It had been changed from a '0' to a '1'. That would obviously make the withdrawal fail.
So I tried the withdrawal again and that's when I got a notice saying my account was frozen. They want a $20,000 payment to unfreeze it. No one ever told me that a failed withdrawal would freeze the account or that there was a fee for that. This just feels like a way to get more money out of me on top of the $40,000 they had already offered for me to invest. It's a scam.
