Order showed delivered in my town but never showed up
When I asked them about it they just kept saying it was delivered and told me to check with my neighbors and USPS. USPS wasn't even the one supposed to deliver it. I told them I asked everyone and nobody saw a package. They still kept saying it was delivered. It was not.
After a week of going back and forth in emails they finally said they would refund me but only 60% of what I paid. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have no refund.
