Website charged me but package never showed up

I ordered from this website Hidamal.com and paid $48.91. Never got the package. They charged me and that was it. When I contacted them they said it was delivered. But the tracking shows the same info 10 times from China. Same scan over and over. No package ever came to my house. I don't know what to do at this point. The tracking is clearly not real. Just the same thing repeated. I paid $48.91 for nothing. Their email is [email protected]. I just want my money back or the product I paid for.

Tank top order marked delivered but never showed up

I clicked on an ad in my gaming app and ordered a 12-pack of women's tank tops. Paid extra for the shipping protection too. After 22 days, the China Post tracking said "Delivered on Sunday." That's just not true, I never got anything.

So I emailed support asking them to resend my order since it clearly wasn't delivered. Three days later I heard back from someone named "Lucy" ([email protected]) saying they wouldn't resend it because the tracking says it was delivered. That's it. They just don't care. $42.58 gone for nothing.
