Online purchase for medical device with no phone support

I ordered something from this website, us.hilo.com. They sell medical stuff and claim it's FDA approved. But they don't tell you about any of the bad side effects or when you shouldn't use it. Like if you have kidney problems. I didn't know that until after I bought it.

So I tried to return it. Good luck with that. They make you jump through so many hoops. There's no phone number to call a real person. Just a robot that answers questions online and it's not helpful at all. I'm out 240 dollars on this.
