Instagram ad for aftershave never delivered anything

I saw this ad on Instagram for a skin smoothing aftershave for women. It looked like it was from an influencer, so I figured it was legit. I clicked the link in the post and it took me to a website, but honestly the site looked different back then than what hiloomi.com shows now.

I went ahead and put my card info in and ordered it. That was probably six months ago now. I've emailed them a few times since then to ask what's going on. Never got a single reply. No product, no explanation, no refund. Nothing. I'm out 70 bucks.

Just steer clear of this business. It's a total waste of time and money.
