Phone call saying they knew about my hotel stay last year

I got a call from a local number, (856) 209-1844. The guy on the phone was trying to sell me some discounted vacation plan. He knew I had stayed at a hotel the previous year which was kind of strange.

He was pretending to be Hilton Grand Vacations and kept pushing a timeshare on me. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing felt off.
