Email sale price was higher than website price
Later I was on their site looking at other stuff and saw the same exact item I just bought listed for $18.00.
I know it's a small thing but it really bugs me. They sent me this offer knowing I like the product and then I find out I'm paying more than what it's listed for on their own website. If they're doing this on little stuff, who knows what they're doing on the bigger items.
