Paid for a costume that never showed up

I ordered something from Hobby Costumes and paid $29. I never got the product. They kept sending me emails saying they tried to deliver it but that was a lie. There was no delivery attempt at all.

I checked my door and everything. Nothing. The tracking didn't make sense either. I emailed them about it and they just sent the same thing again about delivery attempts. Still no package.

It's been a few weeks now and nothing. I just want my money back or the item. This doesn't seem right.
