Paid $999 for a hoist and then got blocked

I ordered from Hoist Depot and paid $999.50. After I kept contacting them, they finally gave me a delivery date and said someone would reach out 24 hours before it showed up.

That delivery date came and went. I sent an email asking what happened and got no reply at all. I called today to follow up and Jonathan hung up on me. Then he blocked both of my numbers.
