Ordered clothes from a phone game ad and never got them

I was playing a game on my phone and saw an ad for clothes. So I ordered some. They said they shipped it and even sent me a bogus shipping receipt saying I received the package. But I never got anything from them.

I have contacted them 4 times now. They keep claiming I received it. Then they said they would refund 30 percent back to me. I told them I want all my money back. I lost about 40 dollars on this.
