Letter about home warranty we never had
I called and gave them the Customer ID and asked who they were. I told the rep we never had a home warranty with their company. She said the letter was just an offer to get one. I asked what it would cover that our home insurance and home shield plan doesn't already cover. I also told her we keep getting these letters from them and it needs to stop. She hung up on me.
