Dress from homixa.us was not what was pictured

I ordered a dress from homixa.us and it was nothing like what was shown online. The description said cotton with full embroidery and a sewn-on ruched waist attached to the blouse. What I got was polyester, no embroidery at all, and just an elastic waist.

I emailed them for a refund and got no response. The phone number listed on their site is not in service. Their address says Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but when I looked on Google satellite maps there doesn't seem to be a business there. The dress also shipped from China.

Total scam. I'm out $40.
