Dress never shipped and no tracking number from Honey Plum Clothing
Every time I email them I get the same reply that my order will ship next week. When I call the number, nobody answers, just a recording. I tried to look into getting a refund and it says I can't request one until the order is delivered. But there is no order. Nothing has shipped. I just want my money back at this point.
