Buy two get one free turned into a subscription charge

I ordered from honeypacks.com because they had a buy two get one free deal. But when I checked my card, they actually charged me for that third item. And it turns out the third item is a monthly subscription thing. There is no phone number anywhere on their site. I emailed them saying I didn’t want any subscription and asked for a refund. They wrote back and even admitted the third item was supposed to be free. They promised a refund.

That was about a month ago. No refund has shown up. Instead, they just charged my credit card again for the first month of that subscription I already told them I didn't want. Now they won't answer any of my emails. I already disputed the charges with my credit card company and sent them the email chain as proof. If you want Thai Honey, just buy it on Amazon from a real seller. This place is not honest. Caveat Emptor.
