Ordered 6 bottles but only got 5 and no refund

I ordered 6 bottles of this product and they only sent me 5. The company said I could get a refund if the product did not work as described. I only used 1 bottle so I asked for a refund on the 4 remaining unused ones. Each bottle was $63.47, times 4 is $253.90. That's what I was asking for.

They declined to give me the refund. So I got in touch with you.

The product shipped from Clickvault, 5215 S. Boyle Ave., Vernon CA 90058. Their website is honeypeakgelatin.com/vip. Phone number is (888) 407-0627 and email is [email protected].
