Subscription order I never agreed to for spot eraser

I ordered their 7-Day Tag & Spot Eraser and made sure I didn't click on any subscription option. I used it for over a month like it said and it didn't do anything at all. Then yesterday a new one just showed up in my mailbox. I definitely didn't order another one of this stuff that doesn't even work.

There's no contact info on the box or the pen inside. The only thing on it says distributed by Hong Kong Cyravis Technology Limited with an address in Hong Kong. There's also a bar code with SKU 00039331 on it. The package says it was made on 07/23-2026 and expires 07/22/2029 if that matters.

I just want to know how to stop this subscription thing because I never signed up for it in the first place.
