Furniture order stuck since June with no delivery

I ordered furniture through Hooma online back in June. It's been months now and I still don't have anything. They keep sending me updates saying they could not deliver for one reason or another. This has happened multiple times now.

I've asked them who the delivery company is and they won't tell me. I paid $39.99 for this. The phone number they have is 1(417) 840-5128 and they have an email [email protected]. I found them through tik tok.

I just want my furniture or my money back. This is ridiculous.

Ordered an AC on TikTok and got double charged with fake tracking

I ordered an air conditioner off of TikTok from a company called Hooma. They ended up double charging me for it. Their website is Hooma and their email is [email protected].

The delivery updates they sent were totally fake. They kept making up fake delivery delays over and over. I never got the AC and they took about 100 dollars from me.
