Hooma never shipped our screens but keeps saying they tried
Then I get these emails saying delivery was attempted and they couldn't access the address because of an incorrect building entry code. Package held at depot. Next update tomorrow. It's the same thing over and over and nothing ever shows up. Order number 6LZVJKT, $39.99, ordered 9/9/2026.
Other people on TikTok have talked about the exact same situation with them. This is not some small time thing. Hooma is a very large scale scam. Please help. Thank you.
Paid for a Hooma chair in August and still nothing
I never signed for anything and it was never delivered. They won't give me proof of a signature or proof of delivery. When I track it, it still shows in transit. I keep getting AI runaround responses from them. I found them on TikTok under Hooma. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (469) 394-0414. They list an address in WY. I'm out $30 and just want my chair or my money back.
Ordered an ice maker from Hooma and never got it

They have their own tracking page and every time I check it, it says the item couldn't be delivered for some reason or another. Like one excuse after the next. It's been months now and I still don't have my package.
I just want my money back or the icemaker, but they keep giving me the runaround.
Furniture order stuck since June with no delivery
I've asked them who the delivery company is and they won't tell me. I paid $39.99 for this. The phone number they have is 1(417) 840-5128 and they have an email [email protected]. I found them through tik tok.
I just want my furniture or my money back. This is ridiculous.
Ordered an AC on TikTok and got double charged with fake tracking
The delivery updates they sent were totally fake. They kept making up fake delivery delays over and over. I never got the AC and they took about 100 dollars from me.
