E bike order never came and no one will reply

I saw an ad for an e bike and it took me to the HOOMA website. I added it to my cart and finished the purchase. I got the order details right away, which was nice at first. They promised delivery in 7-10 business days.

It's been way longer than that now. I still don't have a tracking number or any carrier information. Nothing showed up. When I try to reach out to them, I get no response at all. They just keep sending these fake delivery updates that don't mean anything.

I spent about $83 on this and I have nothing to show for it. I emailed [email protected] and still nothing. Just silence. I don't know what else to do here.
