Advertised overstock ebike deal turned into fake tracking site

Saw an ad on TikTok for overstock ebikes from Hooma, said they were $80 plus a card processing fee, total came to $82.99. They promised shipment and delivery within 5 days. Now the tracking just says internally shipping and something about overseas which obviously takes way longer than what they said.

They keep trying to charge my card for other fees now too. And the tracking site they send me to is fake, it only shows tracking if I put in my email, not my number. The original tracking number I got is totally different from what shows up when I put my email in on their site. Doesn't make any sense.
