Ordered from Hooma.com a month ago and no item or refund

I bought something from Hooma.com after reading the description and it seemed like what I needed. I liked it so I went ahead and ordered it. Then after I placed the order, they sent me an email saying if I didn't get my order, to contact their support first and not my bank. They said calling the bank would make it look like a scam.

Well it's been about a month now and nothing showed up. I've emailed their support team a bunch of times and nobody has given me any real answer. I asked for a refund too and that's just sitting there. I'm really frustrated because I waited and gave them plenty of chances to fix it. I just want my item or my 42 dollars back.
