Ordered from horelli.com and got something totally different

I ordered something from horelli.com and what showed up was not what I expected at all. The ad made it look way better than what I actually got.

The quality was bad and the size was wrong too. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I spent $46.98 on this and it was a waste.

I tried reaching out to [email protected] but nothing came of it. Just want people to know what happened with this site.

Website advertised big ivy set but sent tiny plastic leaves

I ordered what was supposed to be a huge set of artificial ivy plants from Horelli.com. They took my money right away. Then I waited about 20 days and what showed up was a small package with a few fake leaves that look like cheap plastic. Nothing like what they advertised at all.

I emailed [email protected] asking for a refund and where to send the item back. Nobody ever got back to me. No reply at all.

It is absolutely a scam.
