Ordered a transmission and the phone numbers were gone

I ordered a transmission from Horizon Auto Store and paid with my credit card. The total was $2,580. The next day I called them back and the phone numbers had been deleted. I haven't been able to contact nobody since.

I never received the transmission either. Their website is horizonautostore.com and the email is [email protected]. The address they list is 104 Walker Ln in Russellville, KY. I just want my money back.

Website for a transmission took my money and disappeared

I was online shopping for a Transmission and came across a website called Horizonautostore.com. I called and a guy named Mr. Smith called me back. He kept sending me photos of transmissions he had, even talked about a warranty with them. When it came time to purchase he sent me through like a godaddy.com website. Then I waited for the product and it never came. He kept giving me excuses. I started asking for the tracking and he made more excuses and then all of a sudden no answer. No pick up, no calls. Basically took me for $2026.
