Charged for tokens on Horizon Singles but never got them

I got a message from Horizon Singles. It's a site where you have to buy tokens to send texts to people. So I put in my card info to buy some tokens.

The money came out of my account, 140 dollars. But I never got any tokens. I couldn't message anyone. The site is horizonsingles.com and the contact was [email protected].

They just took the money. It feels like stealing. I gave my card details and they charged me but didn't give me what I paid for.
