Ordered weight loss pills and now they say I owe another bottle

I ordered these weight loss pills from Hormify and canceled like a week after I got them. I canceled any and all subscriptions. But now they're telling me there's a second subscription and that I HAVE TO purchase another bottle before I can cancel. I already canceled several times and sent them many emails saying so.

They keep saying I have to order and now they went ahead and tagged my account so they're forcing me to pay for it. How can they do this?? I already told them I don't want anything else. They took 54.99 from me and now they want more. I've emailed [email protected] multiple times and nobody will just cancel it.
