Ordered a toilet support and never got it
No product ever came. Now I can't even find my order anywhere. When I try to reply they just ask for it to be returned. But there's nothing to return because I never got anything.

Website selling upholstery cleaner took my money
Paid for order but tracking link does not work
I emailed [email protected] about it and the service has been really poor. No real help, just nothing useful back.
Now I am out $20 and have no way to track my order.

Horolia says their address is in the UK but the support email and phone number don't work. You can't even sign in to their website. I should've known something was off when no shipping or taxes were added to the final payment.

Then the next day I see almost 600 dollars taken out of my account. It was two separate transactions. I have no idea what those were for.

Horolia charged me $5,622 after a $51 tent order
On top of that, I never even got the tent I ordered in the first place. My bank put a pending hold on all the charges, but today they told me they found them legitimate. So I had to resubmit the fraud claim all over again.

Ordered a weight bench from Horolia and never got a confirmation
I never received an email confirming when my order was going to arrive at my address. Nothing showed up in my inbox at all.
Now I'm just sitting here wondering if the bench is even coming or if I wasted my money.
Ordered a fan from Horolia and never heard back
Website looked real but I never got my ice machine
I never got a confirmation for the purchase. Then about two hours later I noticed extra charges on my account from some vague "home decor" vendor that I never authorized. I have no idea who that even is.
When I went looking for customer service on the site, I found out it's not even a real business. There's no way to actually contact anyone. The worst part is those extra charges, someone clearly got my personal info from this site somehow.
