Horolia tried to charge my card over $250 for a $12.99 order

I tried to buy some glassware from Horolia for $12.99. Then they tried to take two transactions of over $250 from my debit card. Bank of America caught both of them and blocked them, so I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one.

Since then I've tried to contact Horolia about my order. They don't have my order and they won't reply to my emails.

Made a purchase then my bank blocked three withdrawal attempts

I made a purchase on Horolia.com for $8.99. After that NFCU notified me about three different withdrawal attempts and blocked the company from them.

I had conversations with NFCU and had to get a new credit card. They reimbursed me the 8.99.

Ordered a camp stove from Horolia and now nobody will answer

I ordered a portable single-burner butane camp stove that came with 4 fuel canisters. It was advertised at $29.99 with free shipping. That was the whole reason I bought it.

I tried calling the number (917) 730-4637 and they hung up on me. No answer, no voicemail, nothing.

I also emailed [email protected]. On October 2 2026 I got a delivery status notification saying my email couldn't be delivered because the recipient server did not accept the connection request. It said Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. So basically I have no way to reach anyone about this order.

Paid for order but bank shows different company name

I placed an order on Horolia.com and paid for it. When I checked my bank account, the charge came up under a different name, Mybestprmiumtoys. That's not the website I ordered from at all.

That's when I realized the whole thing was fake. I spent $124 and now I have no idea who actually took my money. The phone number listed is 1(917) 730-4637 but I don't even know if that's real either.

Website went down right after I paid but still got charged

I ordered a scraper shovel from Horolia.com for $11.99 on September 5th. Right after I put in my payment info and hit submit, a box popped up saying website not found. Then I got an email confirmation right after that, which made no sense.

I went to my bank right away to cancel the card but the charge had already posted so they changed my number and told me I have to wait and see if the product shows up. So now I'm waiting for something I know is never coming. It went through my bank as Art Vista Studio, 263 W Olive Ave Burbank CA. I looked that address up and it's a place called The Wireless House. When you call the number it doesn't go through to their business.

I emailed [email protected] and it came back undelivered. My bank told me to wait a few weeks and if nothing shows up we'll file a dispute so I can get my money back. This website should be shut down. Please beware.
