Booked Hyatt through fake front desk number
When my credit card statement came, all the rooms were fully charged. Turns out the number I called was not Hyatt at all. It was Hotel Planner. They pretended to be the front desk and they are actually AI!! Be very careful.
I have been trying to get a refund on my credit card. They keep saying they are opening a case and will get back to me. Still nothing.
