Shoes not as advertised and no reply to emails

I ordered shoes from hudsonridge.com, the sizing was way off and the quality felt cheap, not like what they showed on the site. I tried emailing [email protected] about an exchange, I think I sent like three or four messages. Never heard anything back.

They have an address in Sheridan, WY if that matters. I just want my money back or the right size, but they won't even answer. The phone number on the site is (347) 719-4821 but I didn't call, figured email was enough. Lost about 86 dollars on this.

Ordered shoes from Hudson Ridge and never got them

I ordered a pair of shoes from Hudson Ridge and paid $48. That was it. No tracking number ever showed up. I tried calling the phone number (347) 719-4824 and nobody answers. I even tried emailing [email protected] and nothing.

Their website is just youtube, which should have been a red flag I guess. The address they have listed is 30 N Gould Street St ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. I have no idea if that's even real. Just no way to get in touch with anyone there. No delivery of my item, no response, nothing.
