No phone number and gift card would not work at checkout
I went back on the site to order a different light, but there was no spot at checkout to even enter the gift card code. I contacted customer service through email because there is no phone number listed anywhere on their site. They told me to just go ahead and order the other fixture anyway, and then they would refund the whole 120% amount.
I didn't do that. It was pretty obvious at that point I was being scammed. I only lost about 84 dollars so it could have been worse, but I still want other people to know this company is shady.
