Bought two programs and codes never worked

I bought two programs from Humangarage.net, one was $17 and the other was $37. They sent me codes to get into the programs and neither one of them worked. Also, they sent me 25 emails confirming the purchase and the codes and all that. 25 emails with basically the same info over and over.

I contacted their customer service and they said they would refund me. Then I got two emails saying they refunded me and right after that, two more emails charging me again. So the refund got zeroed out and my bank statement just shows two refunds at zero dollars. I have no access to the programs I paid for and they refuse to give my money back. They will not respond to me at all. No phone number, no address on anything. How do I get my money back?
