Chairs never came and no refund from huxolia

I bought some chairs from this website huxolia.com and it was a total facebad. Paid about 63 dollars and some change. They never delivered anything.

I keep getting emails back from their customer service and honestly I think it's just Chinese people telling me to wait another 3-5 days. They say they are checking the multiple shipping addresses or something which doesn't even make sense. I asked for a refund because nothing was ever delivered and they have this whole thing on their site about a 30 day money back guarantee but they won't honor it. I can't get my money back at all. Their email is [email protected] if that helps anyone.

Snapchat ad for chairs led to a site with no info

I saw this ad on Snapchat for those foldable rocking chairs. It was a buy 2 get 2 free deal so I clicked the link. At the top of the page it showed the QVC logo, but the web address said huxolia.com. I always scroll to the bottom of a website to look for contact info or anything before I buy something. This site has nothing. You try to click on the stuff at the bottom and it just doesn't go anywhere. I'm worried it's not legit and someone is going to end up losing money on it.
