Paid for an AC part and the owner cashed my check

I paid this HVAC company for an AC part. The owner cashed my check and never came back with the part.

I tried texting and calling and got no response at all. Just nothing.

I'm out $149 and I can't get anyone to answer. The address I have is 3170 W 3rd St. Rd in Greeley, CO and the phone number is 1(970) 714-1770.
