Bought a mini split from HVAC Direct and never got it
I found a phone number on the order and called it, and it said the number was disconnected. Then I found a different number on my bank statement and tried that one. I got weird misspelled responses back.
It's been over a month now and I still have nothing. No refund, no product. I paid $1,635.99 for this.
