Paid for a product on Instagram and never got it

I bought something from them in June and paid $214.06. Never got the product. When I finally got a hold of them, they said their caster scammed them or something, but then they kept posting my product on their Instagram with my name on it. Like taunting me.

I emailed them at [email protected], called the number 1(833) 239-6960, and messaged them on Instagram multiple times. They always said they would send it. They never did. I told them what they were doing was fraudulent and they didn't even deny it. They're located in Edmond, Oklahoma City area. This is just a scam to take people's money.
