Invoice for printer toner sent to our senior living community
The shipping and tracking number showed St. Louis, MO. Our community is in Pennsylvania. It didn't make sense.
The phone number on it was (888) 233-6224 and the address was 22647 Ventura Blvd St 661, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. There was also an email, [email protected]. Nothing was lost but this invoice was not something we asked for.
Unsolicited call about our printers then a toner invoice
The operator didn't know any better and gave them the information. Next thing we know we get an invoice for $1889.50 for toner we never ordered.
We want to know how this order even got started, what they told our employee, and why they billed us off a random call asking about our printers.
Invoice for toner we never ordered came to our office
She said someone had called saying we ordered toner and that it was almost out of stock and they needed to hurry and get it shipped. They asked for the details of the copier and her name.
