Transmission went out and they hung up on me

My transmission went out in less than 3 months after I paid them $1,500. I tried to contact them about it and they hung up on me. This was on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC.

I don't know what else to do here. I paid good money and the transmission didn't even last 3 months. When I called to get it fixed they just hung up.
