Infinity Flow Pro turned out to be a cheap knock off

I ordered the infinity flow pro off their website and what I got was a knock off item. It's made of cheap plastic, doesn't have the nodules on either end like they show, just the little ones on the side. No brand name on it either and the speed settings aren't right.

I've emailed them and texted them and nobody responds. The address they list is 401 east Jackson street in Tampa FL but that office is virtual, you can just rent it. The address on the package that showed up is from a warehouse in Chicago.

Spent $74.14 on this and it's not even the real product.
