Text about a remote job that turned into a scam warning
Then she wanted me to switch over to WhatsApp, which was my first clue something was off. She sent a link to some landing page to log in. Before I did that, I put the link into my computer and it pulled up a warning on the Ecautious.com site. I asked her about it and she just said I was on the wrong page and to use my phone. I told her no and sent her a screenshot of the report. She tried to make me feel bad about it and wouldn't give me a straight answer. I only gave my name, email, and age, so hopefully that's not enough for them to mess with my stuff.
