Ad on Instagram never sent what I paid for

I saw an ad on Instagram and ordered something. I put in my card info and paid $40.01. I never got the product. No package, nothing. I tried reaching out but got no reply. Just want my money back or the item I paid for.

Ordered from an Instagram ad and nothing showed up

I saw an ad on Instagram and ordered something from it. Paid $27. Never got anything. No package, no tracking, nothing.

I tried reaching out but got no reply. Just seems like the whole thing was a waste of money. The ad looked normal so I didn't think twice about it.
