Paid $29.95 on Instagram for a Go To perfume promo

I saw a promotion on Instagram for Go To perfume, two for $29.95. I sent the money and that was it. Nothing ever showed up.

The seller was using the email [email protected] and the phone number (619) 343-2113. The address listed was in Detroit, MI 48213 but there was no real street address, just N/A.

I paid $29.95 for what was supposed to be two perfumes. I tried reaching out but got no reply. It was all done through Instagram.
