Bought an ADHD test on Instagram and got charged twice

I bought an ADHD test on Instagram. I never logged in or did anything else, I just bought it and then canceled it while I was still in the app because I knew they would try to charge me. It charged me last month and I didn't even see it until this month. Then 28 days later they tried to charge me again. That's $79.90 total. The email on it was [email protected].
