Dress from Instagram seller was a cheap imitation
The company said I had to send the item back before I could get a refund. I agreed to that only after they said they would cover the shipping cost to send it back. But once they got the item, they said they wouldn't refund me anymore, even though I have a clear email from them saying they would.
It's been almost 2 months since I returned it. Just a lot of back and forth and I still haven't gotten my money back. The address they use is 317 Pellerin Street, Jeanerette, LA 70544. I lost $11.95 on this.
