Scam artist

Beware of this company. They are supposed to be a legitimate company, but they aren't. They tell you to pay upfront money in order to get your loan and then after you pay that money, them they tell you that you need to pay an additional amount because of some trumped up law that they say exist for federal taxes. Then if you do that you never see your loan and you never get any of your money back. Total scam company. Stay away

They kept my $124 and won't give it back

I used Instant Loan America and they took my money and then said I had to pay more for taxes before they would give me the loan. I told them there was no way I could come up with that. I just got served with my addiction papers and I'm not in a position to throw more money at them.

On their website it says they're 100% and that you'll get a refund if you don't get the loan. But they're refusing to give me my $124 back even after they admitted they messed up. I called the number (833) 793-2078 and emailed [email protected] but no luck.

I just want my money back. That's it.
